Damaged my goods whilst packing them. When I complained and sent pictures, they basically said tough, as it's auction nothing they can do. Item I received was totally ruined. Didn't care how they got goods to me after they had my money. Also took 3 weeks to arrive. Had to get refund through my bank.

Excellent bargains & lovely helpful staff

Amazing bargain, really helpful staff. Obviously bidding for returns online is a bit of a gamble but it definitely paid off for me. Couldn’t be happier.

Great stock, lovely staff, I am in a wheelchair and it was fairly easy to get around, there was a variety of stuff, a little something for most people, recommend you go at least once you never know what you might find.

Is this for real ? Same products where sold by another company that took everyone money and did not send/give them nothing ? They require full payment but item will not be in uk for 8 weeks ? ......

Had items wardrobe ,chest drawers, mirrored drawers all delivered all great until i got someone to put them 2gether . All of the items were broke cracked or shattered . They should state if items are faulty not good called them the lady said she would give me £100 refund i accepted but am still £100 out of pocket and have to dispose of all the items myslef . Although the staff were lovely i was still upset i even had to pay £40 to guy to put these items 2gether . You cant view items so really i shpuld of had all my money back.

Cant really rate it because it's not open. I collected goods bought online which were ready when I arrived at carpark. Good online service and phone query was answered promptly.
